Brake proportioning valve issue?

Are these stock brakes, or do you have the fronts upgraded?  Just
asking, I don't have an answer for you.

Side/related question, are different valves available to change the
balance?  My fronts also lock up and my rears don't even come close
(with NX brakes on my Sentra), is there an easy way to let the rears
grab a bit more and do more work?
