QR25 Throttle Not opening

There are 2 sensors on these cars, one is accelerator pedal position sensor,
the other one is the acctuall TPS. I come from drive by wire technology
which has been used on German cars for last 8 years. U can't crank open the
throttle manually on a Nissan, and the throttle will not move unless ECM
sees crankshaft movement. Mercedes accutally has a manual throttle linkage
for mechanics to tinker with while working on the engine, but its a true
drive by wire car. Reason U wanna TPS on the throttle is cause they use the
TB for idle controll instead of IAC motor, which allows the ECM to controll
the idle by looking at the TPS readings.
