QR25 Throttle Not opening

Hey, how about this.  With the engine not running, the butterfly
doesn't move, right.  But it might well still read.

Attach a datalogger, and with the car in the run position,
but not started, have someone open the butterfly valve manually.

Maybe you'd get a reading then and see if it goes over 85%.
