Mine IS all stock. I am running stock boost right now. I won't turn up the
wick until I get the FMIC and exhaust. I won't go over 10psi due to the
fact that I AM CHEAP! I don't want to spend anymore $ than I have to and it
is pretty fast for me. I'd rather race enduro karts if I really wanted to
scare myself. For a pic of my kart see the pic at the bottom of the page:

You will want to move the IC. Stock position is ubove the intake manifold.
It is ducted be a hole in the hood but in either case it becomes an "Inter
Heater" instaed of a "Cooler". Even my setup is not very efficient. In
traffic it gets heat soaked pretty bad because it is still under the hood
and you can literally feel the power loos. Most likely because the timing
is being retarded by the ECU. You might even be better w/o the I/C if you
can't get the FMIC. It can be installed later.
>it is so EMPTY. There is nothing there to get in your way or break.
Heh heh heh. Check out first Gen Z cars or better yet 510's. That is what
I cut my teeth on. Those engine bays are sparse to say the least.

Use GJYoung's down pipe. It is less $. (I expect a discount or credit now)
INtake pipe can be fabricated with minimal skill and for about $10.
Definitly will need the ECU reprogrammed, you should also get a different
pressure plate (I am using JWT's upon recommendations from the list). You
don't need to upgrade the feul pump unless yours is failing. Mine has 215k
on it and is working fine. I bought my engine from SOKO for $1600 +
shipping.
