Sorry to hear about your car. From personal experience (sadly) I can say
avoid Fischer at all costs! I didn't know where else to go when my wife's
Protigi was wrecked and they took forever. Good thing they have a lifetime
warranty because we take it in every 4 months so they can change the same
wheel bearing. "Uh, must be a bad batch of wheel bearings...uh" Bastards
won't do what it takes to fix it right. Furthermore, they'll tell you up
front they probably didn't fix everything and you should come back when you
figure out what it was they forgot. I know Mike Kojima says to go to an
I-CAR certified shop. Perhaps the point is moot, but you should look
around.

According to Autotrader.com, the car is worth $3000-3500 (intact). The
preliminary repair estimate by Fischer Body (Troy, MI) was $4000-5000, so
Allstate probably will not fix the car.
