BB DET/ JWT S4 cams idling problem.

Hmm, so I can crank the idle up before disconnecting the tps to get it to
idle?  Never knew that!

Ugh, apparently I forgot my factory tach is kinda off after all the lil ricey
mods I did to it in the past(red indiglow needles and cf look guage faces).
