QR Balance shaft removal

about 6-8 whp, not any noticeable added vibrations.  Long term effects
should be small if any, but nobody really knows yet:)  I know Dave Coleman
removed them from his Rally Spec V,  so if something bad is going to happen
because of it I am sure we will find out soon enough
