I just cleaned a bunch of sap off my red classic today. Tried everything I
could think of to get it off then decided to give up. So I started to clean
the outside of my windows with windex and a paper towel and damn if the sap
didn't come right off with a little rubbing! I tried it on the sap on my
paint and that came off too.

So there's the answer... Windex glass cleaner.
