No biggie.  Just did it to my G20.  Of course, this assumes the system is
empty of refridgerant.

The compressor is held in by four bolts.  One or two may be a bit difficult to
get to.  The lines are held on by one bolt each.  You may have to undo the
line that runs along the passenger fender so you have some room to maneuver
(sp?) the line and compressor.  A max of 7 bolts and it's out.  Get new
O-rings and lube everything up with a healthy dose of mineral oil.

The drier is held in place by one bolt.  The lines are held in place by one
bolt each.  Three bolts and it's out.  It may be helpful to remove the battery
tray when installing the new one.  Again use new O-rings and lube everything
with mineral oil.  I've heard rumors that you are better off with the OEM
drier (fitment issues with aftermarket).  I found it best to not clamp the
drier in place when installing the new lines.  That gives you room to move
things around a bit to get the "block" on the lines to sit flat on the top of
the drier.  This is critical.  Don't leave the drier open for very long
The compressor will need oil along with the system recharge.

It's not a complicated job so I haven't gone into more detail.
