Volk vs SSR

Are these the SSR competition ones shown in tire track?
Anyone have opinions how much better these are in quality and performance to
Kosei K-1?  I would use 15" X 7 with  195X50X15 to keep weight down and also
keep gearing as low as possible.........thanks.
