UR pulley help in New Orleans

I attempted to install the UR 2-pulley set this past weekend and ran into some
problems getting the water pump belt back on.  I was wondering if somebody
in the New Orleans area could come give me a hand.  I will supply food/beer
and it shouldnt take that long.  I dont want to hose my water pump.  All the
New Orleans area people should get together sometime.
