B13 ECU question...Apexi Multi Checker

Howdy, Am I right in assuming that the Multi Checker works on the 91 B13 SE-R,
But it will not have a speed signal? I guess that my 94 would though right?
Just been thinking of getting one, It would sure help when trying to fix
drivability problems and I have never found a Consult for sale...Anyone know
where to find one?
