Greg, I think there was some talk a few months back that a regular B-13
spare wouldn't fit over the "big" NX brakes.  Might want to check into that
before going to too much trouble getting them.  Does the FSM list spare
tire / wheel sizes?

If a regular Sentra spare will fit, you can probably get them for next to
nothing at any junk yard.
