Check with the guys at the various web sites for the 1.6L cars.  They can
offer a lot more info.  On the SR the spec is 15 +or- 2  (ie: 13 - 17) and
most folks find the sweet spot at 17 - 19.  So you might try +2 to +4 over
the factory spec.  But the guys that tinker with those would really be the
ones to ask.

Check on the various web sites for info.  Most the kits (esp the Moroso
one) kinda suck, I hear.  There's a simple, low-cost, almost as good
alternative I came up with if you just want to shed some weight:  buy a 51R
series battery and put it in the stock location with a modified hold
down.  It's about 8-12 pounds lighter than the regular size (I took a
bathroom scale into Auto zone on a quiet morning.)  It's a common Honda
size and only $45 - $50 most places.  The relocation ends up with better
weight distribution, but actually adds weight by the time you run all that
fat cable.
