how i messed up my header, and maybe a motor mount..

Alex,
My passenger side MM is hollow inside, this hole is just a vent to that
hollow space.  I've read that some MM are fluid filled, but mine wasn't (91
SE-R) and the OEM replacement wasn't either.

Unless that cleaner says it is damaging to rubber products, and if your MM
isn't fluid filled, I wouldn't worry about it.  If you did want to clean it
out, find a needle large enough to fit into the vent hole without plugging
it up and just flush water through the motor mount.  The insides are all
rubber so don't worry about getting all the water out.
