HKS GT2835R Turbocharger

Okay, after asking a vague question and clarifying what I meant by
"FAQ," I still haven't told you *exactly* what I'm after.  In the FAQ,
Rob mentions that 375-400 horsepower should be just fine; I don't want
that much power.  Jay had that much power (a little more, actually), and
got sick of it.

I want about 300.  I also want wickedly fast response times without
being up on boost all the time.  How do you think you could get there
with a turbo like this, and still be able to put around town at low boost
keeping drivability up?
