S3 cam install prep

Hey guys, I was hoping that I could get a few
pointers.  I'm awaiting a set of JWT S3 cams for my
'99 Sentra SE-L.  Being that the cams will void the
remaining portion of my warranty, I would like to
check the engine over just to make sure that it is a
good candidate for the transplant.  My car has just
over 48,000 miles and I drive pretty aggressive (I
frequently accellerate hard and run out the gears to
just over 7,000rpm).  Any suggestions?
