Water injection might help you get away with the
inheritly poor efficnecy of a roots blower and 11 psi
of boost on pump gas and 9.5:1 compression, but it
will no way make it posible at 11:1 compression (on
pump gas that is), even with a huge water jet.  It
will blow up very quickly.

Good race fuel like C16 will allow you to run that
combo.
