overheating?

i didn't get no response on my last email regarding a overheating problem
on my JDM motor.

is it safe to run the car without the thermostat in so that coolant is
constantly going thru? (when the thermostat is in, coolant flow gets
blocked resulting in one of the hoses being hot and the other being cold)

could a clogged up radiator (for example: stop leaks) cause overheating?

where can i get a good radiator (NX, or NISMO)?
