How rich am I running?

My fuel check valve is staying open when the car is running. The vacuum
from the intake manifold is drawing not just the stored vapor from the
evap canister, but actively from the fuel tank as well.  It is flowing
enough to fill the evap canister with fuel which then drains out of the
bottom of the canister through the canister air intake tube.  Since the
stored vapor goes to the intake manifold, I can only assume a fuel mist
is being fed to the intake now.

What degree effect is this having on my AF ratio?
