MSD has relays that can be adjusted with "rpm pills" to trigger and
un-trigger a device at set rpm.  I researced that a couple days ago.  The
single trigger item only cost $75 plus $15 or so for the rpm pills.  The
trigger and cut device cost $100 plus you need two sets of rpm pills.
