bushings and vacuum hoses?

    i recently bought a 92 nx2k, and i have been doing some
work on it to get it to pass a maryland safety inspection.
 couple of problems that i still have is the top bushing
on the stabalizer link to the control arm on the
drivers side is jam up under the pivot joint. would
flipping that bushing over and spraying it down with
silicone be a temporary fix till i can just replace it
 and pretty much al the bushing under the car
(most are dried and cracked). How much do they cost?

    My second problem which ive learnd from the se-r.net
site is kinda common is i have alot of surge and
hesitation below 3grand on the tach. so im going to
replace all the vacuum hoses on the intake. where would i
 get them and how much wuold something like that cost?
This is my first car so i dont have alot of experience
with this sort of thing.
