ticking noise please read

Hi lists,
I just started hearing this ticking noise today; it sounds like its coming
from the fuel rail area. Could one of the injectors be making this noise? I
haven't experience any loss of power, but the noise doesn't sound like it's
coming internally from the engine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance guys.
