Thanks -- I had set the timing on a dyno to maximize WHP with the JWT ECU.
That probably puts the base timing at 15-16 degrees BTDC.  I retarded the
timing 2 degrees for the second emissions test and will continue to retard the
timing at least 2 degrees until I pass the test.

I am also seriously thinking about replacing the BPT valve just to be sure that
it is working properly.

I will post the outcome!
