Off topic but....

If you talk to you bank, unauthorized withdrawls and the subsequent problems
are the responsibility of the person making the unauthorized withdrawl.

They will have to pay the bounced check fees etc.
They probably won't pay for the late fees etc from the creditors and what
not, but they are most certainly responsible for any bank check fees etc.
Talk to the bank.

This happened to be with earthlink...
