I believe that since the late '90s, Nissan has been using a couple of
outside publishing companies to handle the FSMs.  Any reasonably
competent service department should know this, but it's not suprising
at all that they don't; they get their manuals on a CD-ROM every year
automatically.  The answer to the poster's question, though, is in
the Owner's Manual.
