Wheels/Tires

While everyone is on the subject of wheels and/or tires, I thought I should
ask a question.  I've got a classic and was thinking about buying some 200sx
SE-R wheels and wanted to know what size tire I can fit on them.  So
everyone's saying Falken Azenis are the best, but I really don't need
anything like that, just something sticky, great on wet pavement, and will
last a while.  I'm a cheapo so I'm not wanting to spend too much.  Also, a
buddy of mine is going to change his suspension in his classic for
auto-crossing and was going to sell what he has now.  I don't know if he's
going to sell it all but he has Hypercoils 180lbs front 175lbs rear, which
dropped it 1.75 inches, KYB AGX adjustable struts, and suspension techniques
anti-sway bars.  I'll have to find out what he wants for the stuff, but
should I buy it?  If you could tell me some good websites for buying stuff
like tires and such, that would be great too.  TIA!
