17 or 18 seems to run well at KC elevation with 91 octane...19 is
probably a little harsh if your air is thin or you can't get ahold of
93 octane. ;)  But they're right, a timing bump rocks balls if you
don't have any money!  Don't forget to trim your throttle cable while
you're down there; it makes a manual so much more fun to drive:

The ghetto airbox is also cheap and cool-sounding, even if it doesn't
make that much more power.
