A'PEXi Air Filter

I'd like to know if anyone has, or has physical access to, the
second-generation A'PEXi Power Intake filter.  There's a quad-bolt
pattern on the back flange, set with what appear to be brass threaded
fittings.  I need to know how big the center hole is and how far
apart these four mounting holes are (inches or mm, I don't care ;)).
