DET ECU part number?

I have finally purchased a BB DET.  It will come with an ECU.  The
problem is that the shop does not which Nissan ECU goes with this
engine.  They have a few different ECU's and a few different SR20DET's
(BB, GTi-R, RWD).  I have the following part numbers:

23710-79E00  A11-000 E50
23710-54C00  A11-000 A00

I believe that the second one is for the GTi-R.  Does it matter which
ECU I get, as it will be reprogammed by JWT?

BTW, I got a great deal on the DET in Montreal from EngineLand.
