CD-ROM Parts Fiche?

Did my search on SE-R.net archives no real help.

Is there anyway a civilian like myself can obtain the CD-ROM parts fiche that
they use at the dealer?  I would really like to be able to dig up part
numbers by myself instead of asking the list, the message baord, and
searching the archives.

I know i could always call a dealer and ask for part numbers, but I would
like to call w/ part numbers beforehand to speed things up, instead of
waiting for them to dig for part numbers and possibly send me the wrong
stuff.
