ES Racing Motor Mounts - Please Help!!

How do you install this mount!!!

I have the ES poly mount number 7-1106-G and it says this:

<< Solid Motor Mount & Insert
(These are in addition to the 7-1105) Recommended for racing only!
Includes Driver side inserts & Passenger side replacement bushing>>

Has anyone installed this mount, the inserts were a simple but this one
is tricky.  Do I have to take it to a shop to have the old mount pressed
out or can I do it at home?  Can I put the new motor mount in the casing
or does that need to be pressed in also?

Any answers would be great I am trying to get this install done.
