Looks like it's scarred to death!.

I just recently saw some photos of a Pontiac roadster that Bob Lutz was
behind.  Very sweet looking.  Since he was instrumental at Chrysler getting
specialty cars produced, maybe GM will learn how to bring this one to
production.  BTW, I can't remember the name.  Sorry.
