Oil Cooler / Fuel Cooler

Two part question:

Been looking around (mainly Summit) for an oil cooler. Any
particulars I should look for?

Also saw a fuel cooler which looks just like an oil cooler. Is
anyone running fuel coolers?  I havent heard this mentioned.
They're pretty darn cheap too... should I spring for it?

This will be for a 400whp car with 4 bar fuel if you're wondering.
