More throttle cable info

I just removed the new throttle cable I had installed.  There is definitely
a difference between the two cables.  The new one, which I strongly believe
is for a GA16, is actually shorter in total length than my original SR20
cable, but when comparing the distance from the adjusting nuts to the end of
the cable that fits in the throttle drum the GA16 cable is actually about
two inches longer.

Hopefully Courtesy has the correct cable in stock when I call them Monday
morning.
