If it is hard to push - it is the booster If it goes to the floor (or further than normal) it is the MC. FYI, the shaft that the pedal presses on goes right through the booster to the MC (pretty much anyways). So you cannot have added pedal throw without also pressing the same distance into the MC. Dave
