Worn cams = worn lifters

I incorrectly user "lifters" in the subject, but "rocker arms" during the
email. "Rocker arms" were the problem.

If what you say is correct, then a higher lift cam would have the same lift
as a stock cam, and we know that isn't correct. Cams move the rocker arms,
there is a direct connection there. If there is wear on one or the other
then the lift will not be as high as it should be.
