This guy says you can do it for under 20 bucks.  All with the power of math.
  Check it out www.tidewatersportscarclub.com/articles/align.html  You will
need the previously mentioned flat floor but he even explains how to do
that. Also my factory service manual explains how to do a front end
alignment using a similar method.
