Hey Jay, The Konis used by Motivational are not gas charged, so they won't come back up. As for adjustment, I don't know for a fact that Mike has adjusted them to a certain setting or not. I'd suggest going about half stiff in the rear and maybe 3/4 stiff up front. -Scott
