HORRIBLE COMPRESSION!

I've never taken a compression reading on a cold engine before so I can't
say, but flying from the seat of my pants I would say they don't seem low
for a cold engine.  How many miles on the engine?

Does it run at all?  Can you get it warmed up before running the test?

FYI, for compression testing
- the engine needs to be completely warmed up
- the throttle held wide open
- the battery fully charged
- lastly somehow you need to get the gas out of cyl #4
