Pivot A:F Gauges

I noticed this while thumbing through the Summit Sport Compact catalog
the other day:

Is this a toy, or can somebody vouch for it?  $400 is a lot of money to
spend on a toy dash-light-swivel-thingie in my book. :)  They also have
a 30"-2bar boost gauge, so I guess the final component would be an EGT
scope, right?
