Resonator for a 3" exhaust?

Vibrant makes a nice stainless steel 4" round 3"  perf core that has an 18"
long body.  I had a vibrant can on my turbo SE-R.  Worked and sounded great.
It's probably cheaper than Dynomax as their stuff is way over priced.
