Hi Jay
You should cover all the bases first.
Make sure the window is not binding on the window rubbers (60% of the time
this is the cause) and lube them up with silicon spray.
Make sure the window regulator is OK. It could be binding too.
Either of these problems, if left too long, will weaken the motor and
it will fail.
G20's were known for weak PW motors, so it could be that too...........  :(
