Turning the steering wheel makes my idle go up.

OK I've searched the archives with no success   :(My problem is that if
I'm sitting still after the car is warmed up,and turn the steering wheel
my idle goes from 1k to 13-1500!I cannot and have not been able to get my
idle below 1k. I'vechanged everything, except the TPS. This started right
after I hadmy S3 cams and JWT reprogrammed ECU installed. Does this
changeanything with the idle? The only way for me to get the idle below1K
is to turn the idle adjustment screw down tight which makes the car idle
rough. Any one else have this problem? Please tell me what you did to
correct it. If it's been covered in the archives what should I search
