AFAIK Month of production isn't in there:

1st digit: County of origin
2nd digit: Manufacturer
3rd digit: Vehicle Type
4th digit: Engine
5th digit: Line
6th digit: Model
7th digit: Body Style
8th digit: Restraint System
9th digit: Check Digit
10th digit: Year
11th digit: Plant
Rest are serial #
