see me. I am looking for a 2000-2001 for the right price if you see
anything. I'm usually back in Clearwater 3-4 times a year.
-Yeah, now that I think about it I believe I heard it was a waste. Don't worry, bad ideas don't die, Big Brother will keep getting bigger.
-Florida's concealed carry success is the bane of liberals everywhere. They just can't understand why the gun crime rate keeps going down, causes them indigestion.
-Hyde Park was the big deal gentrification when I was there, how have prices held up?

Thanks for the info to everyone. That never resulted in one arrest, AFAIK, because they would have plastered it all over the news to gloat about what a great idea it was. It was likely a system sold by
a friend or relative of a City Council member. What a waste. It was discontinued in 2003 at the end of the two year trial period.

I was stranded with a whiny girlfriend on a hot muggy rainy Florida night in a car that wouldn't start. The windows were fogged, but not from anything pleasant. Luckily after a while it started.
Ybor wasn't quite as safe in 94 as it is now. It's become hip to buy a hundred year old house in downtown and restore it, so a lot of the folks are childless 30 somethings (like me) who hang out in the wine bars at night and complain about the drunk kids peeing in their yards (unlike me). I did get locked inside New World Brewery a few years ago due to a shooting that happened right around the corner from the bar. Florida has great concealed carry and self defense laws, and the criminals know it. We have had a steady decrease in violent crimes here along with a steady increase in concealed carry licenses and gun sales.

You still near Tampa? Yesterday I saw a B13 SE-R with motor and trans at LKQ/Copher's.

On Wed, May 11, 2011 at 2:27 PM, Larry Martin <bizznzman@yahoo.com> wrote:

And Cow-man, my SE-R stranded me too in Ybor City one night at about 3:00 in the morning in 1994 (time flies) with what turned out to be the fuel pump issue. Wouldn't have been so bad but there were four "urban" guys in the only other car in the same parking lot who thought my girl friend was good looking, were being aggressive assholes about it and wouldn't leave. I think it's safe to say we were both scared to death as this progressed from bad to worse. If the Tampa cops hadn't come cruising by and stopped I hesitate to think where it would have ended. Dumbass place to be at 3:00 in the morning. They still doing that face recognition thing in Ybor that I heard about a few years back?
