I had those on my SE-r for years (in fact, it may still have a set on there) when I used it for track events, and it worked nicely for me for a mixed streettrack pad that wouldn't send you into the bushes before the brakes warmed up. I think that the Hawks would likely be TOO aggressive for LeMons.
Remember, they need heat to keep them from eating rotors. While I
imagine there will be a lot of braking at LeMons, I don't think it
will be the aggressive braking seen in normal racing.
