Auction for a 1991 SE-R with 33K miles

I wouldnt be surprised to see it hit $15k, although maybe not on this site.  If it was on BAT, for sure.
How did this car NOT get driven?   I wish mine was in this shape!  Im tempted to bid, but I dont need any more cars.
