A strange fuel/spark issue

Sounds like you nicked/pinched a lower o-ring when reinstalling the
injectors. Pull them back out, give 'em a good looking over, and use a
coating of lubricant when putting them back in.

Fun fact: a torn lower o-ring can allow enough fuel past it to hydro-lock
your motor.
