Keeping the enthusiasm

Daughter is ready for her first car after demonstrating that she is responsible.  We looked at a lot of vehicles and were trying to keep the total purchase price below $3000.  She had a few cars that met her criteria and also met mine.  We finally settled on a slightly misused 1991 NX2000.  A small accident on the driver's front corner (fender and nose/bumper-cover), torn driver's seat, no AC, broken passenger mirror, damaged engine for $700.  The rest of the car is pretty clean.  The paint is in excellent shape as is the interior other than the seat.  It is black.

So we are still keeping the SE-R/NX enthusiams going at the Halvorson household.
